Grace Endy, a sophomore at Westfield High School and member of the Westfield Area Y Flyers competed at the 112th Millrose games.

On February 9th, Grace Endy, a sophomore at Westfield High School and member of the Westfield Area Y Flyers competed at the 112th Millrose games.  The Millrose games are held annually at the Armory in Manhattan.  Grace was the youngest competitor in the Elite 1-Mile Race Walk race for women.  The event was by invitation only and the field included Olympians Maria Michta and Rachel Seaman.  Grace finished 9th in the event.  

On February 10th, at the NY and NJ USATF Open meet at Ocean Breeze in Staten Island, Grace competed in the 3000-meter race walk.  She broke her sister, Melissa Endy’s New Jersey High School record in the event. Grace finished with a time of 15:02.62.

The Flyers Track Club spring track season starts on March 18th and runs through May 17th.
